The suggestions and/or comments made in the course of a mentorship are not intended, and shall note be construed, as financial or real estate advice, counsel, or guarantee. While Jason Kogok does hold a NC Real Estate Brokers license, he is not acting as your real estate broker (or agent) during mentorship sessions, unless previously agreed to via a written NC buyers agency agreement. Neither Jason Kogok, nor Investors Wealth Education, LLC are licensed financial planners, accountants or attorneys, therefore any advice Jason Kogok or Investors Wealth Education, LLC, may suggest to you, should be considered by a specialist in the appropriate fields, so that due diligence can be done when considering the advice and risks prior to any decisions you may decide to make.

Filming & Audio Release

By attending any class or seminar, I give permission to Investor’s Wealth Education, LLC & Jason Kogok (IWE) to take and publish photographs, video, audio or other impressions of my image or voice (collectively “photographs”). I understand that I will not be compensated for any photographs or other likeness that may be used in this capacity.  I give permission for my photographs and other likenesses to be used by IWE and it’s affiliates without compensation, including if the photographs are used for marketing, promotion, including print, electronic media, the Internet, etc., and to copyright the same.  I acknowledge IWE and its affiliates may use the photographs for future resale and income-generating sales, all without compensation to me.  I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photograph.

I warrant that I have the right to authorize IWE to reproduce, distribute, adapt, display and publicly perform my presentation.  I hereby agree to indemnify IWE from any fees (including attorney’s fees) or liabilities incurred by IWE as a result of the IWE transmission, and/or distribution of the presentation/class/seminar, including but not limited to defamation, rights of privacy or publicity, copyright infringement, patent infringement, trade secrets, moral rights, or trademark.  In addition, I expressly release IWE, it’s agents, officers, licensees and assigns from any and all claims which I may have for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, copyright infringement, or any other causes of action arising out of the use, adaptation, reproduction, distribution, broadcast or exhibition of such photographs.

Acceptance

I have read the foregoing disclaimer and release, and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release and hold harmless Investor’s Wealth Education, LLC and Jason Kogok, along with any agents, officers, licenses and assigns.
