This amazing 4 hour course is all about Short Term Rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Direct Booking, etc.) This course is designed to help investors and RE Brokers build and grow a residential real estate investment portfolio of rental homes focused on Short-Term Rentals (STR). This is a true A-Z course with how to identify STR, what are the pitfalls, what the budgets look like, how to calculate Average Daily Rate (ADR) and Occupancy rates. As a perk, we also talk about automation and how to create a more 'passive' asset.


By completion of the course, attendees should feel comfortable designing a custom real estate portfolio for scalable residential investment customers with the focus being on STR’s, either as their entire portfolio, or at a minimum, supplement to their other RE investments. You will be able to analyze assets in order to advise on varying factors that affect property returns. Examples from the local market will be discussed to examine real life calculations, estimates and return percentages through in-class evaluation.

 

 

This class also will count as Continuing Education Credit (4hrs) for NC RE Brokers if applicable. The course is open to everyone - you do not have to have a RE license to attend!
